Welcome to the Connect Developer Online Documentation.
This website explains how to use the PHP SDK which is available for Connect to allow developers to integrate Connect with their website.
If you are using ASP or ASP.NET there are sample scripts available on the Connect download page
For ASP.NET users you can code directly against the Connect Object model and serialize/deserialize your XML directly with the same objects that are used by the application.
